Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Liam. I am an NDIS Coordinator of Supports (or COS) located on the New South Wales Mid North Coast. I’ve been working in the NDIS field for the last two years as a Plan Manager, and have now started my own Support Coordinator business. It’s my job to help those with NDIS funding to find, connect, and manage supports. I can help you understand your NDIS plan and what your funding can include. I can then help you find support services in your area that you’re comfortable with, and I will help you manage those supports in an ongoing capacity.
I have experience coordinating and managing many kinds of support needs, including neurodivergence, complex mental health, physical disabilities, and palliative care. I have grown up around disability within my family and I understand deeply the impact that disability can have on both the person and their carer/s. My family has instilled in me a strong desire to help people around me, and it has become something I love doing. Working in the NDIS sector has become a passion of mine. It’s a job I take seriously, as I know how much impact good support can have on the outcome of a client.
When I’m not working, I enjoy gaming, drumming, and spending time with my lovely wife (she totally didn’t help me write this). But no matter what I do, caring for people with disabilities seems to be a constant theme in my life. I grew up around disabled family members and helped look after them as a child. My beautiful wife, Isabella, has disabilities, and I am now her carer. I even have a severely disabled cat if you can believe it! It only makes sense for me to help care for people within the NDIS too!
Our Team
Liam Stott
Coordinator of Supports
Liam is the founder of Redwood Coordination, and the main person you will be interacting with. Liam is driven, hardworking, and most importantly, compassionate. He has a deep understanding of disability, caring, and the NDIS, and he will work hard to make sure you get the supports you need.
Isabella Stott
Administration
Isabella is the quiet engine of Redwood Coordination. She does a lot of the background administration tasks required to keep a small business going. She also does all the website and social media management, photography, and advertising for Redwood Coordination. Isabella has Autism Spectrum Disorder and Ankylosing Spondylitis. She is no stranger to disability and works hard in the background to ensure that clients of Redwood Coordination are getting great quality care and support.
Walter Wiggle
Company Mascot
Remember that severely disabled cat that was mentioned earlier? Well this is him. Walter Wiggle has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (Wobbly Cat Syndrome) and a rare version of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Walter has the very important job of yelling at us if we’re not working hard enough, or maybe he just felt like yelling. Either way, his job within this company is very important, and he is irreplaceable. Literally. We can’t find any other documented cases of a cat with both his conditions. He’s one in a billion!
